All purchases are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after payment, regardless of attendance. Purchases may be transferable to another approved attendee, on a case by case basis, pending Sarah Byrden’s approval.

-That Sarah Byrden, The Elemental Self and all of related collaborators work in various modalities and approaches
-That this is depth work and can impact my body, mind and spirit in unforeseen ways.
-That physical movement practices can carry risk of injury.
-That it is my responsibility to accurately assess and track my physical, mental and emotional readiness to engage in class and to modulate my participation and communicate with Sarah accordingly.
-That Sarah reserves the right to terminate my participation for any reason that negatively impacts the class space and/or group
-That Sarah Byrden is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or doctor of any kind.
-That if I need support beyond the course, I will obtain additional guidance from a qualified healthcare practitioner. I do not hold Sarah responsible for guidance or support beyond the frame of the course.

 

I hereby waive and release any claim that I may have at any time for injury and/or liability of any kind against Sarah Byrden, The Elemental Self, LLC, and/or any of her collaborators and contractors.
